Swedish Massage

The most common and best-known type of massage in the West.  It can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending on the clients needs and preferences.  Swedish massage usually includes some deeper work on areas of specific muscle tension, and has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in patients with osteoarthritis.

This massage can be carried out during pregnancy after 12 weeks, the treatment is adapted to your needs and carried out with a pregnancy safe Sweet Almond Oil

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where hot, smooth, heated stones are used to massage alongside hands. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply. One stroke with a hot stone is equal to four strokes by hand alone. The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.

The stones are heated up in a revolutionary heated bag, meaning they can be preheated en-route to your home, and then plugged in when I arrive to maintain the heat. There is also no water mess or wetness during the treatment.

An Indian Head Massage releases the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. It is especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. This massage can be carried out laying down on the massage couch or sat in a chair. 40 minute treatment

Natural Facelift Massage

£30
The Natural Facelift Massage is a mix of facial reflexology and acupressure points and facial massage techniques. The muscles of the face lose tone and elasticity over time and this gentle face massage helps to relieve deep tension giving the facial muscles a lift. In addition, relaxing the facial muscles helps to release potentially harmful toxins. Clients respond very positively to this treatment, often incorporating it into their regular monthly beauty treatments. Over a period of time skin appears rejuvenated, wrinkles seem to be reduced for many and all without painful surgery, giving you a ‘natural instant facelift’.40 minute treatment
